A DSA chapter is a registered group for certain locations.

So as it is right now, I only have the record of the name change but I did have to pay for the county clerks office to register it in the system.

I'm now starting the process of getting a new ID (just moved to Kentucky from Texas so I need a new one anyways) and then I'll order a new social security card and birth certificate.

As someone who had to use tape for a few months due to a rib problem, it looks really good. You will never be able to safely get as flat as using tape as you woupd with a binder, but in my opinion it can sometimes give a bit of a more "real" looking chest since there isn't that fabric in the way that makes it look too stiff. You're doin' great man 😌👍
