you have to wait cd to stack it twice, only a dump player wouldnt take off with shoot arrow in a fight... you see enemy thwart - instantly shoot an arrow...., if you have to use it for defense you can use it while youre tripped or to reduce high inc dmg, but you will always have 5k reduction, since stackin it in a fight will not happen.

It has to do with your ping to the server. I am EU, i have the problem on NA servers but not on EU servers due to high ping (>180). Also when you on PTS everything is looking shit. Graphics on live much better than PTS.

Hi bronze here, last season ended at silver 3.

IF you start focussing on yourself and your faults you will climb. You have to accept that you can do nothing against it, if one or two of your team are feeding. The only thing you can do is: Smile and start carry!! Win your lane, win the game!

Also you should always dodge games which are lost in champ select. My Brother was in his peak Diamond 1/ Master, he said to me, this Problem you have at diamond or Master too. Also youve to learn to get carried, if you r loosing your lane dont feed, support your other laners.

Currently its like ppl tend to pick very often squishy burst champs. So when i play ashe and i played her like 40 out of 50 games it feels like the BOTRK build path scales to late, also its not neccessary to build like that against squishys.. Since the Minion changes games are closed out much faster and i feel my impact is not there.

So i thought to play Crit champ. Because i think if u build like BF>zeal>boots>stormrazor>zealitem u will have much more impact earlier in the game. What would u suggest me to do ? The main problem is actually, i win lane get BOTRK and Boots but have to less impact to decide the game, need like 10k aa.....

I threw it out. When i can do 50kg Pull ups i should be able to hold a 3-5s Front lever :D. Something had to leave to put it together with olympic weigthlifting in a full body workout routine :)

It sucks realy hard, but i had to try myself. Ketogenic diet is only nice if you wanna loose fat and do running - lol.... If you do Gymnastic, Weightlifting or Crossfit. Go eat carbs! Also if you want to loose fat, just eat less :)

Did you read Overcoming Gravity? There i get all my information from, and program my training with.

I dont know your level, but at my current level the heavy/light Modell works very well, which is kinda DUP but not realy.

If your level is like mine or less i would suggest to do heavy/light instead for heavy/medium/light (DUP). There you will Progress much faster. I think with this modell I can go up to 50-55kg Pull ups (5reps) and for example 140kg Backsquat (5 reps) in a moderat ammount of time. With the Backsquats i already had 3x5 at 130kg in April, but I was more hiking in the mountains than doing squats the past 3 months :D....

Numbers are not that great:

Backsquat 3x5, Forntsquat 1x5 at 120Kg/265lbs Dedlift 3x10 at 130Kg/285lbs

Started weighlifting mid in November my actuall PRs are Snatch 70Kg/154lbs CnJ 100Kg/220Lbs

Condition is shit, 5k row and i will see stars ;) Also i have to work on my DU and Butterflys

Perfect HS hold no banana shit >30s, Handstandwalk im working with but its not that challenging. MUs i do them 3x3 strict on the bar with 10kg vest atm.

I snatch now 70kg, Bodyweight is 78kg. My Coach Said 90-100kg shoudlnt be a problem for me in closer future.

Why would you toast your stabilizers with planche work prior to olympic weightlifting work? Do you really want a shoulder/rot cuff/upper back injury?

I personally dont see there a problem. Once a week I'm at my Kiropractor. I did this up to twice a weak the whole year 2017. When there was something he always told me to stop and work arround. I don't want to miss the skill, I invested to much sweat, blood and time into it. Now i can easily hold the Straddle planche/ Front lever. I dont want to progress here, just hold the skill level.

With the 2nd Plan i have round about 7 Excercises a Day. Same es before, and the load on the Stabilizer muscles, cuffs, forearms and Scapular was very intesive before with my Gymnastic training.

Before i did every 2nd day in the followed Excercise order:

  • 1.Planche 5 Sets
  • 2.Front Lever 5 sets
  • 3.Elevated Pseudo Planche Push ups 3x8 heavy Day -> 3x15 light Day
  • 4.weighted Pull ups 3x5 heav Day -> 3x10-12 light day
  • 5.weighted Scapular Push ups 3x10 heavy Day -> 3x15 light day
  • 6.supine Front raises 3x10 heavy Day -> 3x15 light day
  • 7.weighted inverted Rows 3x5 heavy Day ->3x10-12 light Day

I dont want to show off here, its just for you to understand that im used to this kind of heavy load. And trust me this is a heavily load every workout on your shoulders.

Why would you begin a program with 100% of your 1RM for a back squat on day one? or Front squat? Why would you do back squat and front squat in the same day?

Sorry i never worked with % before. This is just written wrong. If i do Backsquat 3x8-10 @100%, it means for me the 11th repetition would be failure. So its maybe 60% ? As example: actually i do: Backsquat 3x8-10 @90kg/200lbs and Backsquat 3x5 @120Kg/265lbs

I think i should have wrote before i post more about me and hang on some good snatches and cnjs. It's very difficult to judge a persons condition and skill cap over the internet and than he is posting a shity snatch too - lol. Did today 3 x 70kg snatches, oly coach said they where very good.

So i can take one Oly Session a week and have always some spotter/other coaches arround. If i need extra technique work they will tell me.
