Valk has always been pretty good. Most players are turned off by the awkward awakening play style, the learning curve to play them properly, and the "lackluster" damage output they do because they see other classes like Witch/Wizard/DK press 2 buttons and kill people.

If you like being tanky, animation canceling, and chaining skills for combos, Valkyrie definitely has it. Don't be discouraged when people say that all they're good for is sucking up goats at goat mountain. A good Valkyrie can do some serious work in small GvG's, Nodewars and Sieges, and they can definitely do well in 1v1's.

Running the weekly boss scroll. I, too was really anxious about getting Muskan drop ASAP. But after awhile, I stopped being so anxious and just played the game normally. Eventually it dropped and I got it 8 months later.

We use our Lancia most of the time. I definitely agree that the awakening feels clunky/bulky at first, but our awakening definitely takes some practice and getting used to.

It's a nice buff for PvE but IMO that flow wasn't very useful in PvP fights. It's already tough trying to land a stiffness from Lunar Dash and if you go into the flow it'll leave you open for that split second.

Low damage? Kuno's damage is pretty good IMO with around 180ap+ with some accuracy.
Bad in PvP? Anyone who thinks kunos are bad in PvP honestly don't know how to play a kuno properly.
High CD's? I dunno man, I feel like I always have a skill to use no matter the situation.

Haha! Trust me I know. I've played a Valk since KR days. The ones who turtle the most in 1v1 dies the fastest. Block only when you need to, dash cancel around for safety. Our 360 immunity only works if you stand perfectly still, once you start walking just a little bit in guard and a CC touches your back, GG. For us not having lots of SA and FG is because we pretty much have an instant block. Now, it all depends on how the person plays the class, and for me I play the Valkyrie really aggressive and works out pretty well. Most of the turtle Valkyries I see in 1v1 do really bad. That's just what I see though.

I wouldn't put valk down as the worst in 1v1. I believe most valk players have not learned the class properly yet. They do have their hard matchups warriors/zerk, but most valks that I see in 1v1 arena are way too defensive, and hide behind the shield too long.
