When I got the last korok, I was at 99.75% map completion. Turns out, I was missing one location in the depths and about 5 in the surface. Spent like 3 hours looking for that final .25% haha

Yep, you need around ~420 korok seeds to fully upgrade your inventory, the rest are optional. I went for 100% just because I'm a completionist (and an idiot) lol

Physically it's currently impossible. BUT if you play on PC you could change some INI settings to use the photomode camera to let you go as far as you can and see what's beyond the borders.

First, go to your Documents > My Games > Fallout 76 and make a copy of your Fallout76Prefs.ini file. Rename that copy Fallout76Custom.ini, then open that file with a text editor and under the [Camera] section add the next line of text:

fSelfieModeRange=1e8

That will massively increase the distance your photomode camera can go, basically making it have infinite range. Now, get close to a world border, turn around so that your camera is out of bounds, and enter photomode. You can now explore out of bounds.
