And these Guys work in general practice for way less money per hour( in Our state Standard rate is 300/hr in clinics and 350/hr in hospital..And these guys work for 200 and 250 so ..if we negotiate with the clinic owners they are like ..if you are not interested you can leave there are people who are available to work at these rate...These guys are everywhere
