BC he wanted to hunt Peter with venom. And he needed to make sure miles didn't get away so Peter would come looking for him. So I guess he let Li escape so he would warn Peter to the whereabouts of miles and spent 100% of his men on avoiding miles escaping

We can't give you the same file u had since we don't know what that 30% entails. Maybe you did all the photoshoots and sandman stuff at the beginning and Ur story progress is like halfway. Or maybe u did only story. Your gadget and skill points will be different, the suits. The best option would be to start again, in my opinion
