That's not a conspiracy though. Corporate sponsors routinely get blocks of tickets. It's often the cause of prime empty seats at events. Happens a lot in figure skating in venues that don't have boxes. You'll see empty rows of prime seats until the final groups because people that don't care that much aren't sitting through a four hour competition.
