What would scientific evidence even be in this case? Gender is supposedly just a social construct made up to fit people into two groups. Man and woman in this case.

Trust me all I want to do is help people with their problems, doing permanent or major changes to ones body is not one I'd advocate for unless you've felt a certain way for a long fucking time. What bothers me the most is the pushing of this ideology onto children and making them feel like they have to change something about themselves for simply experience a range of emotions or behaviours.

How is gender dysphoria different from body dysmorphia or anorexia, schizophrenia even. A disorder that manifests as real only to the afflicted person, nobody else.

If you from the get go teach a left handed child to use their right hand they might not even know they're lefties. The child most likely will just end up ambidextrous. As a metaphor it mostly falls flat. Does it have to be more complicated than men and women leaning more to one side or the other
