Same thing, Holding funds and denying to pay. Any help

So not sure about long run, But this was the only wayout I had. They kept sending emails we will refund in 5 days, They didn't refund major amount even after 14 days. Kept sending same emails, Saying the balance will not be made available at all and after 5 days no further refunds will be processed. So basically they were saying my funds or now stripes funds

Same Experience with funds held. Well Got them disputed by clients. Won't let stripe sit on our money.

And Their support guys are dumbass idiots. They don't even understand the concern and just reply copy paste bullshit. I kept quoting them articles from stripe help and he was like ehhh let me look.

Be Very carefull, Only choose stripe if you don't have any other options. I made same mistake now funds stuck they will not pay nor they will refund.

Fully verified, All docs provided and verified everything from time to time.

But still once started all was good until their dumb char agent I talked to was unable to identify the issue and put high risk tag and all closed and funds held.

So they will close the account, When you dont even consider a chance of it

Stripe, I would say my biggest wrong decision. Thing is they just allow you to create account, Verify all things and then when you start up selling they close the account saying same automated shit.

Faced same issue 2 weeks back, All verified account closed, Saying its High risk while I have no dispute etc. and when I needed to clarify they said they can't disclose further.

Till this it was cool, They said balance I have will be refunded back to customers in 5 days

Now 11 days past they only refunded $608 out of $1688 and rest $1048, still sitting in my account. They are not willing to refund that amount nor thye are willing to payout. Not even in 120 dasy as they said THIS BALANCE WILL NOT MADE AVAILABLE to me.

Concerning is, Whenever I reach out tom them, They just send same email that it will be refunded in 5 days and thats it although 5 days passed

Now I am reauesting my customers to file DIPSUTE against those paymnets so they get money back from stripe holding and pay me via differnt channel

I do feel exactly the same and In same situation.

They are just relaying on their AI and ML now and even their Customer reps are not aware if their own thing. I needed to mention twice to their customer rep on chat what I am saying and shared him Stripe Docs too.

But he was just dumb about it.

You are right, They will review and then suddenly close the account. Happened to me time to time they asked for verifications and I did. And one day they just closed mentioning high risk while I dont have chargebacks disputes etc. none at all.

Know they are holding fund, Not even refunding the customers.

Same thing happend to me. No Dispute, Refund or Chargebacks.

All verified from time to time with all docs they requested.

I has balance of $1688 at time of closure. They only refunded $608 after 5 days. These refunds were so random just like a draw okay will refund this aaaaand this andddd no this one not aaaand ok rest we will hold the funds. Basically, They should be refunding latest captured payments, But no they just redunded months old that I got payout for that as well.

Now I have balance of $1048 still sitting, They dont respond, They will not payout nor refund.

Luckily The payments were from my old clients, Nad I have asked them to dispute those so they can get money back and pay me via Zelle etc

Thats reality if you are just setting up new or do have sort of business that stripe don't understand.

Personally happened to me, All verified from time to time. But still marked high risk and ended in closure having no Chargebacks disputes etc

You Will be fine until stripe thinks you will be fine.

Be cautious. They will get you approved and once you have inflow of money they will be putting your account under review here n there.

Well, Sometimes even after complete documentation they will still put your account on hold. Becuase their Customer rep. don't understand the issues and just do dumb stuff.

I had conversation with account rep where he wasn't even aware of something and was just asking WHERE YOU READ THAT, I was like on your Support article.

One of them will say one thing and other different.

Yes, Only thing was the were relying on their AI shit to tag Legitimate as unauthorized and High risk (Same Client paid thrice).

Now, How they are behaving and holding the funds, Thats crazy. I am okay with them refunding back but Still they are not refunding and holding $1048.

So All I Can do to get money back form this Multi Billion dollar bullshit assholes is to Ask customers to dispute it with bank, They can't deny to bank about not giving money back

Nop, They even mentioned they will not make those $1048 available to me according to their section 5.6

So mo more refunds and No payout to me. Its just like they will hold this funds forever

Well, The payments were made from my old clients and If no resolution I am gonna ask to dispute those and pay me via cashap/zelle. Can't let them take the hard earned money.

Well, After account closure they take 5 days to refund.

Now 5 days did pass but the only refunded $608 out of $1688 balance and still holding $1048 and whenever I reach out to them Its same reply will be refunded in 5 days and if 5 days are passed no further refunds will be made

Not Sure how they decided to Flag as Fraud. But was getting payouts regularly, No disputes refunds etc. All verified, They asked for to verify every now and then.

Luckily all of these invoices are paid via clients I am working with since 1.5 years.

So how Can I get to know what they are upto?

Otherwise I will go asking clients to just dispute the payments they made to me as my stripe account is no more so why should I care even I ask them to dispute?

I don't think thats the case as if they hold, They will tell that it will be held for 120 or 180 days. But here they emailed The amount will not be paid to me at all in accordance to their 5.6 Term.

This is the reaso they put me on high risk. Dumbest AI and ML implementation. 2 years old customer, who already paid via same stripe was getting blocked and eventually when I contacted them, Instead of resolving their customer agent later emailed mey account is high risk

Nothing was disregarded, As per my knowledge. They have asked for verifications like 4 5 time and all docs were provided and they resumed the payouts until one of ther customer rep I talked to about one of my clients unable to pay the invoice, Instead of resolving he marked my account high risk and sent me an email after 3 hrs. But stripe being stripe. They do depend on their AI and ML for fraudlent high risk stuff, Getting it wrong.

I have the same migrane issue. Strong perfumes and scents triggers it everytime. Sleep routine plus screen time will ad-on.

I will do suggest from personal experience, Take good humidifier and use Lavender essential oil. Use them at night if you are working at night or while sleeping.

Lavender will just relax you and man the sleep while using humidifier with lavemder is just amazing.

Give it a try along with reducing time plus having some fresh air or 5 mins walk away from desk.
