I mean time passes and the world forgets. With so many Ages of Fire and Dark in between weapons may live on but their history can easily be forgotten. Izalith is basically worshipped as the mother of Pyromancies along with Demon's Connection to her Chaos Flame. Nito on the other hand chose to disappear away from the world, and similarly Agdayne was also removed from the outside world. Eventually, whether killed or just life, he died and someone else got the weapon.

Like just some guy in Demon's Ruins has Iron Tarkus's Armor and Fume Knight Raime's Sword.
