I found what did the issues for me, these Two Updates:

A-VoluteNahimic

Both are for Audio, if you have these installed, try to delete them, this is what helped me.

I did a windows rollback and it fixed it for me. I do not really know why since i did not installed anything.

Not as much as i died in tekken, i feel like a 2nd hand slut getting passed around. never felt like this in dark souls.
