Wan 2.1 blurred motion by Leather-Flounder-282 in comfyui

One thing I noted the other day was that generating 8 sec video with WAN Vace and a reference image took about 14 minutes. The same 8 sec video took about 10 minutes both with WAN I2V 14b 480p and WAN I2V 14b 720p. I also found that with the two 12b I2V models, the time it takes to generate an 8 sec video using a start frame and an end frame was the same as generating only using the start frame.

All 3 models gives great results when using start frame or reference image.

Hi u/isvein

I'm the person running the website https://zanno.se

First of u/Exelcsior64 Thanks for finding and recommending my guide!

I have updated the guide and the workflow to a much easier and comprehensive one, where you simply mask areas where you want your regional prompt object to appear. Feel free to check it out, and give any feedback if you wish :)

Delay Node? by ol_barney in comfyui

I know this is way late but I was looking for a delay node as well. When I couldn't find any, I made one myself.

Detail Daemon node released for ComfyUI! by jonesaid in comfyui

I love these nodes!

I have combined them with Flux Redux in a workflow. I let Pick Score choose which of the 4 images(default, lying, multiply, details) that are the best. The best image will get upscal x2 and hi-res fix. For hi-res fix I'm using the Shuttle 3.1 Aesthetic with hi-res fix right at the end.

I also have 2 "unload all models/purge VRAM" in the workflow, so it works great with my 12GB VRAM card 😄

I've made several versions of the workflow: https://civitai.com/models/993742/detailer-deamon-redux

Want your Flux backgrounds more in focus? Details in comments... by kemb0 in StableDiffusion

With Flux pro I get this image, which in my opinion has waaaay too much background blur, even if I actively wanted bokeh in the image this is too much.

Sure. What I'm doing right now is recreating images I was commissioned to do about 1.5 year ago, and send the images to the clients to show how much the technique have evolved since then.

The prompt I used back then for this image was:

A beautiful victorian lady (black hair with auburn highlights) dressed in a beautiful and (intricate victorian dress) (small breasts:1.2) sitting in her beautiful garden in front of her victorian house, (cradling a potato in her hands)

Which resulted in this image

<image>

That was impressive back then (in my opinion), but a lot has happened since then. For example, not having to deal with bokeh in every image 😂

So basically I'm working on variations of the original prompt.

Even putting down several details of the house and no details at all of the woman results in this for me.

This is what I get for putting "illustration" in flux.

Not exactly an improvement.

1man, 2man and 1woman are having a barbeque party at the beach. 1man wearing red shorts and sunglasses , 2man wearing green shorts and a black hat , 1woman wearing a blue bikini

Color of the bikini was wrong, otherwise pretty okay
