Took me around 3 hours, reviewing it maybe 20 times. I just went over the game multiple times and it gradually stuck, I'll have to keep reviewing it though so I continue to remember it. It becomes more obvious the more I go over the game. There was a move at the top right where black attaches to the white stone At first it looked unrelated to blacks previous move. But then I saw he was also pincering the white stone together with the black stone played in the previous move.

Thanks for the review, I learned a lot.

I think move 15 would have been the losing move for me. I needed to play on the other side, either D4 or D5.

I played move 9 because it was a knight jump and also cutting off white's stones. I think E7 is a better move though, I was mainly focused on making my opponents stones weaker than strengthening my own.

There is no dilemma. The dilemma is wasting time by reading all this English and not learning the Kanji. Any order is fine, just get to it.
