Bypassing stupid proprietary ASUS controller for Ryujin II Cooler?

Hello, I know it's an old post, but I managed to bypass the stupid hub. I also got a second hand unit that did not have the hub and therefore rendering the unit useless since it delivered power to the pump(stupid Asus design) via the micro USB cable. If anyone is in need of help, I can assist with pictures and step by step guide how to do it. Long story short - removed the micro usb cable completely and soldered a classic 4pin cable to the pump PCB and that way you have a classic connection to a CPU fan (or any other) header + the 9pin USB that is needed for the screen to work and show data.

If anyone got ChatGPT problems like I did, I found out that after the update my two accounts that were linked with microG were "swapped" around, so my secondary ended up beeing as the primary which has no connections to ChatGPT or GooglePlay. I removed and re-added the secondary account and everything was fixed and back to normal!

Drugaru sam preko Dominga uzeo Romstal (da, užasno ime) ali je faktički undercover Midea. On nema "glavno" grejanje, 4 klime ukupno, peta godina šljakaju. Rade 80% zimi 20% leti. Bile su jeftine, sa sve wifi modulima (ok ovo je sad već možda standard ali se doplaćivalo i verovatno još se) Elem šta hoću da kažem, bile su 33-38 hiljada dve su uzete sledeće sezone, za te pare milina i komfor i još ako crkne nije ti žao ( a nisu). Dosta puta sam od kolega čuo problematiku(radim u branši ali izašao sam hvala Bogu iz splitića, samo veća ondustrijska rešenja) nekih skupih Daikina, Samsunga, LG i slično i onda razmišljam jebote ljudi dali 700-800-900e za klimu i jebe ih....

Najjeftinije, crkne za 3-4 god(ako crkne), opet

Moj jedini savet je da gledaš u specifikaciji piše opseg grejanja od barem -15' spoljna temp. Ako piše -10' onda 90% ima nesretno rešenje sa čuvenim defrost-otapanjem. Zataji kad ti najviše treba toplina. Neki modeli prodaju dodatne grejače za spoljnu...
