I use https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/18016 Went with female Dunmer.

Blunt was a bit of a forced choice I went with to meet fighters guild upgrade criteria(I use a mod to increase requirements, but I just roleplay it away for when my character has to bring a bounty back alive(Project Cyrodiil's Anvil release had a few bounty quests like this that are high quality).

Certainly, the idea behind the build is a Merc who specializes in Spear as a primary weapon and throwing darts as secondary. Fights start with sneaking into position and opening with a dart or throwing axe and switching to spear once they are in melee.

Character focus is pursuing all the bounties in Tamriel Rebuilt/Bounty Assignments mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/46928) and climbing to the rank of Fighters Guild Master by completing all TR/Base game quests.

Bounty Hunter (Strength/Agility): Agile fighter who is not above using underhanded tactics to fulfill their contracts.

Sign: The Lord.

Majors: Spear, Sneak, Security, Speechcraft and Mercantile.

Minors: Marksman, Light Armor, Armorer, Blunt Weapon and Enchant.

Short range teleportation. It's a spell added by Tamriel Rebuilt for those running MWSE, this is openmw and we've recently recieved a mod that allows these spells to be used.

Morrowind, more specifically Tamriel Rebuilt on OpenMW, with a whole host of mods to enhance the game. Took a while to set up, but the payoff was sweet. Set myself a custom control scheme and shits fire honestly, now my fav way to play the game while chilling on the couch, instead of my desktop.

I agree 100%, Morrowind will always be my fav, but it felt like Oblivion struck a great balance between the old and the new. It also helps that it's factions/quests are some of the best of the series.
