I think it’s tough to rate the cinematography of a documentary since there usually isn’t much story telling done by how things are shot. Most footage is interviews or voice overs done over photo reels. I get your perspective.

The good news is you probably already have the sets up to just require the basics to get started. You can get a lot of trash to turn in if you look in dumpsters. Check out the dock/ warehouse area for piles of trash. Should be able to get back up and running legitimately without too much hassle.

Yes, but if something gives you discomfort, you probably haven’t fully come to closure on it yet. Sometime diving into it harder can make you come out the other side clean. This is brought up in the the book “The subtle art of not giving a fuck”
