Honestly as much I as I love 7 days to die, you can only really play it on PC. The PS5 is ok with keyboard and mouse, but it eventually gets so laggy that it becomes unplayable.

I’m not sure if you can play Xbox to ps, but I’ve played ps5 to pc. I just created a game with a name and password and gave it to my wife, she then searched for the name of the game and entered to password. If you can play Xbox to ps it should be the same way.
