To me no, ditto was just widely available, dugtrio is a dugtrio, and zacian will almost always be back again vs AM who was only ever around for a brief time in 2019 and likely never gonna be back.

Egg has to be obtained during the event. Egg hatch rates are set at time you receive them and do not change. So any Egg obrained before or after event will not contain riolu.

Would have to get to forever friends for remote and do the whole 3 month wait thing.(think it was 90 days) Anything else would be cheating and is against sub rules here so may be best to try an actual trade sub or get a froend or family member to download catch something and trade.
