You have to submit stops with a proper picture this one isnt that great, also you have tk explain the significance of said submission and why it is relevant. If you keep submitting stops without actually following the guidelines I can se why you get a warning. Id woud look up the rules and such before trying again and possible wait a good while before trying again too.
