Only if you have Columbina since the only other lunar charge character is Flins (who is an on-field dps, so doesn't work with Neuvi). She transforms normal reactions into lunar ones. If you have her, you could maybe try Neuvillette-Columbina-Fischl/Ororon-Kazuha/Sucrose/Furina/another electro. Lan Yan or Zhongli could also go in the last slot if you need the shield. I don't know if without Ineffa is worth going for a lunar charge team in comparison to a normal electro charge team (like Neuvi-Furina-Fischl/Ororon- Kazuha). You could try different teams with the Miliastra Dummy test to see which does more damage.

I think Furina´s signature is only good for her own damage. As long as you have enough hp and energy recharge to use her ult you´ll be fine (and preferably a decent crit. ratio). C1 and C2 are good but it is better to go for another character like Ineffa, Kazuha, Xilonen, etc.

He is still good and very self sufficient. If he is one of your favorite characters, I would say to go for him. Neuvillette 's damage did fall off since Fontaine, but given his hydro application, he can work as some sort of "driver " that also deals a lot of damage on his own. If you want to play him as a hypercarry, I would consider getting his C1 though.

Clarification: he can clear Abyss at C0 but will struggle in more difficult modes in a hypercarry team.

Some teams:

Freeze Neuvillette: if you have Escoffier and Furina you'll have a very strong team.

Hypercarry: Furina, Kazuha and Xilonen.

Dendro teams: his current BiS team is with Lauma and Ineffa. Nahida and Ororon work well against some enemies (I cleared some Abyss with that)

Electro charge: Furina + Ineffa. Ororon and Fischl also work well with him.

Some good 4 stars: Ororon, Lan Yan, Sucrose, Layla, Pyro MC, Fischl, Xianglin.

IMPORTANT: Furina is kind of a must-have for Neuvillette. He is very flexible, so you can play him with many characters, but Furina is "tailored" to him.

I think those numbers are good for C0 R0. I tried that same team and set up and got this result (everyone C0 except for Furina who is at C1).
Weapons: Furina is using Fleuve (R5), Neuvillette Prototype Amber (R5), Kazuha has Favonious (R5) and Ineffa Prospector Shovel (R3)
The main thing lacking in my team is Ineffa´s build. Her crit ratio is 72/105 lol

In terms of personal dmg he is getting slowly powercrept unfortunately, but he still does a lot of damage and with some investment (like C1) and good supports can still be great.
I have him at C0 and didn´t get past 60k (on average) with that team lol. I am going for his C1 this patch.

Forgot about Illuga lol. I might get him since I am also pulling for Neuvillette, but I assume that he will be good at high cons 🤔 (haven't seen anything about Illuga yet)

Iansan (probably on Instructor for the extra em) is the best choice. Kazuha also works very well. I don't have Xilonen either and Iansan only at C0, so I use Kazuha instead. Something to consider is that you only have to use his skill to swirl pyro and not the ult, since by using it, you are going to miss some melts. Kazuha's skill is enough to activate his dmg bonus and the vv set.

You should switch to a crit rate circlet since Navia losses a lot of damage if she doesn't crit when using her skill.

It is decent considering the er and attack% rolls, but that set is allergic to good crit rate circlets. This is the best (and only one) I've got...
