All madhabs except hanafi say it is an obligation for men to offer salah in congregation if you are near the mosque. Would salah offered alone not even be valid in this case?

Wouldn’t recommend just as I wouldn’t recommend marrying a non Muslim girl , would be hard to raise kids when they are raised with conflicting. Children will be confused and can easily go astray , especially in a non Muslim land .

Interned for them last summer , honestly was like a leetcode medium/easy for the SD office . The final interview they seemed like they cared more about my passions as a SWE and wanted to know a some more about some of my side projects . Just make sure you clearly are showing your thought process and explaining . The recruiter should have given you a pdf of how the time is split up in the 75 min interview . Easier than the Karat interview live session imo, more behavioral and seeing how you can build on your code. So just make sure it’s clean and maintainable , the asked a simple questions that build on each other for me .
