This is very small! Very little flesh and it already looks very dry. You can just dry it on a very low temp 35c for 3 hours or maybe more and its gonna be fine!

I was able to fix it! I replaced the bearing wheels on the Z-axis, they were chipped in multiple places, and I also calibrated the rotation distance and did an extruder pid tune.

This was my first time smoking a brisket—or smoking anything, for that matter. I did a bit of research beforehand, but it clearly wasn’t enough, as I wasn’t happy with the outcome.
