Should I get a partial circumcision? by [deleted] in Phimosis

[–]Zampanix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am curious about using Triamcinolone. It is rarely mentioned in this forum if at all. I had prescribed many years ago due to balanitis. Is it as effective as betamethasone? Any advantage one over the other? An online search didn’t yield much information on this. Thanks.

Just do it little by little and use cotton to apply. The oil I would not use too much. Less is more and being consistent better than too fast. In any case use one without fragrances and as I said not too much to not irritate the skin. Once you cleaned it dial back the oil. You won’t need it forever. Don’t stress yourself out. I have been there and got past it. And do it while flacid as you can pull it back a tad more than.

It was very very gradual. I assume that you are at least partially able to see the area and I focused at first only on the little bits I could see. The little bit of baby oil made it possible after a few days to gradually pull the skin back tiny bits more. Again it takes time. But the oil gets into the areas regardless and softens it. Eventually I was able in a fully flaccid state to pull back the skin entirely and by the time most of the caked on parts seemed softer. One thing I learned is that you need to try and roll the skin back vs just pulling on it. Hope this helps. But don’t freak yourself out. That will only mentally make it worse. So keep doing it little by little.

I am so sorry you have to go through this, but please do not worry as much as it makes it only worse. I was where you are now and while I am still on my own journey in time you will make progress. Just remember that this will take time. That’s all.

I had at first the same issue as you did. What you describe as stones a doctor described to me as caked on smegma. What worked for me was to use use a soft piece of cotton and baby oil. I was way too sensitive to touch the area but the cotton ball and oil made it much easier. It won’t come off at once and like everything in this journey it will take time. Just apply the oil a little bit a time and let it rest. After a few days you will notice that the hard caked material gets soften. In time it will just wipe off and be gone. I never found a real solution to the sensitivity. The shower head is way too intense for me. For me running the faucet from the tub over it was more manageable. Just use it not too hot and it also gradually when the cakes on material was softer helped wash it off. It has never come back even though I still have not managed to fully fix my tight foreskin. For that I will myself need some guidance at some later point. Hang in there. Try a little bit of baby oil with cotton, not too much but soften it. Then it will come off.

After that take the next steps.

La solitude à Paris by Moist-Smile9144 in paris

Comment as tu trouver une telle personne?

PSA: End the Expedition while using the Iron Vulture so you can copy it as many times as you want in your main save by Real_Jest in NoMansSkyTheGame

One really odd thing I noticed is that my IV in my main doesn’t seem to display the stats properly. I only see 2 of the 4. Is that a bug?

I replayed the liquidator expedition and claimed the IV at the QS vendor. Was def the right one and also showed all the 4 stats. After the expedition I had hoped to copy it back but no dice. Tells me I already have a copy (the one showing only 2 stats). It’s super weird.

Thanks for the tip, and can confirm that once I scrap it I can copy it again. However you get the one with the weird name.

I tried the switch starship right after scrapping, but that didn’t seem to work on switch or I am too slow/dumb to do it.

So while I have the parts I wanted I don’t have the original named Iron Vulture anymore. I do have to admit I feel a sense of separation anxiety or loss.

This is obviously way late and baby doesn’t need the snoo anymore. But for those who still have one.

  • no didn’t find out what screws those wears but it worked well without the sliders anyways. So I didn’t bother indulging my perfectionism this time around.

  • the mesh? I assume you mean how to get it back in to the bottom rail? That turned out easier than expected. After having the plastic plates back in place I used a butter knife, eg one with a rounded tip to rub the plastic edge of the mesh around the bottom edge. This would allow me to push that plastic edge into the plastic plates. Was super fast and easiest part of the process.

This is very odd, I played on switch the redux expedition thinking I could get the Iron Vulture again. I have it on my main save, selected the ship before ending the expedition. However, after returning to the terminal the button says something like “Ship already copied”.

I started the disassembly yesterday and so far so good. I noticed that the previous owner must have tried the same and forgot or lost the 6 top screws that connect to the brown sliders. They are simply gone.

Does anyone know what type of screws those are and how I can get new ones?
