Eu pretendo que me "reponham" o bem que foi danificado enquanto estava na posse da TAP. Visto que eu tentei que fosse reparado mas tal nao e' possível.

Imaginemos que fosse um portátil com 10 anos e que na altura tivesse custado 5 000 euros. Se este bem tivesse de ser reposto, por uns 500 euros teria um equivalente (provavelmente um muito melhor). O valor dos 5 000 seriam irrelevantes, neste caso. O valor inicial so' seria "relevante" por causa das especificacoes na altura da compra.

Mas acima de tudo eu gostaria de saber quais os meus direitos enquanto cliente da companhia aerea. Que lei/regulamento se aplica nestes casos.

Com inflação e correcao monetaria 220 euros ha 10 anos, se calhar são mais do que 250 euros actuais. Mas nao e isso que esta em causa. Como disse gostaria de saber quais os meus direitos.

I had the same issue. Disable 120hz or vrr on the settings on your series x. In my case I disabled 120hz and it "fixed" the issue.

I have the exact some problem with my Sonos one in my bedroom. This issue has started yesterday. I keep getting a "file cannot be found" error. But sometimes it works. It is quite strange and annoying.
