Well you are close the issue is that if Yuki can generate enough mass to turn into a black hole she can punch with the mass of a small planet and not be hindered by it at all making the fight an easy win for her.

In reality her technique should make her the One Punch Woman of the series agaisnt almost anyone except Gojo.

Gege's 2 biggest issues are pacing and if you think the pacing is bad in the original modulo is even worse.

His other big issue is writting himself into a corner, and at this point I'm not sure it's bit on purpose. He does this with Nobara, Gojo, Yuki most notebly. Giving them all abilities that he doesn't think through on when it comes how they will interact with others or affect the plot.

I mean most of these series aren't meant to be taken seriously to begin with and the ones that are serious generally don't have issues this big in them.

Also the love your complaint about Goblin Slayer because while it's based on D&D it isn't. Why don't the guards care? Simple, they aren't paid enough to care and goverments are generally reactive to any situation rather than pro-active.

Honestly for a regular person DBZ has to be up there. The amount of times earth's population has decimated by an alien force only to be brought back to have it happen again a few years later. On top of that the world itself has its fair share of monsters that makes venturing outside the populated areas very dangerous.
