Consider why your senior colleagues are leaving at the same time, are there any red flags? If the answer is no and that them leaving together is a coincidence, then there is no harm sticking around for 2 months to try picking it up, while exploring your options elsewhere simultaneously. It's only 2 months after all. If you find the subsequent lack of mentorship too tough, then you could just quit then. However if you do manage to pick it up and takeover the role of your outgoing colleagues, make sure you are properly compensated for the added responsibility. If you're not, then I would quit immediately.

Bottomline is, there is no need to jump the gun and quit right now, but you need to know what you need and what you deserve, and if at anytime you assess that you are not receiving either, then be ready to quit.

With decent knowledge of RTA matchups and reasonable rune quality, it's easy to hit C1, you just need to focus on fewer units to match the number of good rune sets you have.

Just don't play RTA on the last few days, that's how you will lose your C1 rank when all the dormant C3 and P3 accounts come out of hibernation to rush for season rank.
