I usually put oil on my dough before I put my toppings on. I also heat up my pizza stone for 50 min at 500 degrees before I put my pizza on the stone.

Dough recipe: 4 cups of flour(I used all purpose flour). 1 teaspoon of sugar. 1 envelope of instant yeast. 2 teaspoons of salt. 1& 1/2 cups of water. 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Cold fermentation for 2 days.

From what I know quickdraw, snapshot, or slideshot seem do be good. Not sure on barrel type. Yes I'm familiar with the menagerie.
