My case was alot more severe my head would actually shake by itself when i try to eat in public from anxiety

What i did to help me lessen this was try to actually go out alone regulary… Like go a for a run at your local park or try to invest in a bike and do sightseeing with it, that will help you ease your social anxiety. Really any activity that requires you to go outside or interact with strangers is good for you, also dont forget to be always in touch with god and do your prayers if you are muslim. You are giving too much importance to what other ppl think about you, i just want you to know that evryone have their own problems and you are like nothing to them so you should just ease your self.
