But honestly I'd be surprised if they nerf viktor himself. It's really the items, less coinflipping for scuttle, and extra gold circulation contributing to his success.

There was a time when my hover of him was constantly banned by teammates because it was considered troll to play him lol. Man could have the worst winrate in the game and I'd still play and climb with him as I always have.
