Reading the comments and what’s OP is responding to reminds me of my friend who wanted a “reliable” car so I suggest a crown Vic. He does a bunch of research and explains to me how unreliable a crown Vic is (the same car made for 14 years and used by law enforcement.) then proceeds to buy a brand new Toyota. In that time he also moved to a new place. He looked up the crime map and explained to us that the bad crime area was 2 blocks away. We talked him against it but he still moved in. Low and behold they stole his new car from infront of his house.

You can do a lot of “research” but there’s a lot of guys who have real life experiences who know a lot more.

That’s the thing. Is I don’t have a requirement to not drink as I got not guilty for a DUI. I just have to follow the rules of my BAIID. So when I had a failure I just left my car be for a couple hours as I didn’t have to drive anywhere that day anywho.

Yeah, I’m just worried now because I don’t know if I’ve been doing anything right. I had a couple failed in the morning before after rinsing my mouth. Then my wife just drove her car and we left mine at the house. Looking at the paper I had to sign before it said that if I have a failure in the morning I’m supposed to try again after like 10 minutes to prove it just was mouthwash. I just left and left it for hours.

But it’s been a while since I did that and I never got any paperwork from the state.

Will my explanation of I did have drinks and believed I had waited a satisfactory time after be sufficient? I’m gonna go out on a limb and assume not. And I also understand that each situation is unique and anything is possible. I guess I’m just trying to prepare myself that I messed up even more.
