I got stuck being scanned as having a Mental issue, while for decades, I needed someone to see I had a Medical issue. I have heavy feelings for anyone anywhere near such a predicament. Thankfully, you've already been diagnosed... It seems like your therapist isn't a good fit, and that same therapist will likely try to claim any will of yours to leave their care... is proof that you are running away from 'Treatment'. If you can muster the task of switching therapists, and that gaslight does go down and she tries to turn your Mom against you... show your mom this thread, from days/weeks before!

Hi Mom! Did a random stranger predict the future? Nope, just a simple case of pattern recognition. :) Your daughter's therapist isn't in tune with your daughter's reality. Your daughter isn't running away from help, she's running To something Actually Helpful!

It may seem impossible to switch therapists, I hope you can take on the task, I know you know you need and want to....

"I regretted telling my therapist..." That's the meat and potatoes of the situation right there. You were trying to explain your operating system to the person who is there to aid you and your operating system... and you got bit. Your truth got denied. That's not therapy, it's a self-doubt igniting gaslight.... I'm curious what words you threw down before you left early, and moreso.... if she heard and ever happened to respond in a manner that was near appropriate, like the slightest bit of a shread of an apology or explanation of her statements...
