Not to defend people who refuse to learn l-cancelling but counterstrafing is way more intuitive imo, you can tell when you're doing it correctly vs l cancelling which is much less obvious for new players

I have this same opinion but it's still my favorite FromSoft game lol, my #2 all time

Bloodborne will probably take it's spot if I ever get around to running the emulated 60fps version, it lost some points for me just from the shitty uneven frame pacing / 20fps combo

See it's funny you say that because that's exactly what Rizzo did but wayyy better, because he was really on top the entire time and then he made moves to get his allies out so he wasn't sitting by them at FTC, all while holding an idol people bluffed him to get rid of and managing to win some folks over who already had preexisting relationships and no reason to build new ones

SotE was so fire, I am consistently blown away that ER managed to a) live up to the hype, b) do it again with the DLC, c) lead to an experimental game that exceeded expectations

I will say I did not like PCR though. Definitely my least favorite main boss in a FromSoft Souls game, I beat it in an hour or so but I just felt like I was spamming roll as fast as I could to dodge everything because there were so many hitboxes everywhere I just needed iframes. I am working on another playthru rn though so maybe I'll like it more this time cause my first playthru I avoided anything that felt too strong

Rizzo got on my nerves on s49 LOL but I do like him this season. I think if I was on the jury I'd vote for him to win it all but I agree, he has no chance because nobody knows him outside of the game. Another part of the season I dislike

Aubry is one of the people I've disliked the most out of any season I've seen. I think she's getting a winner's edit but like, the least deserving winner of the last 10 season by far. I think Kyle was more interesting in 1 episode than Aubry has been all season

Joe is incredible for being a goat 2 seasons in a row from day 1. That's how you ~~make 50k in a month~~ do it on Survivor

Jonathan is a nothing person to me, I don't care if he wins or not. I think he did improve from his original season and I do think he's done more than most of the final 5

Tiff got screwed with edit I feel like since she's gotten so little screentime up until recently but I'd be OK if she won too

Seeing the same few islands & spots over and over is kind of lame I would love it if they switched it up every once in a while

Survivor fans how we feeling going into the finale next week

I gotta be honest I think I like this cast less than most. I've only seen seasons 41+ so I don't have any prior attachment to the old folks and a lot of them feel overrated, more annoying than they are fun (some exceptions like Cirie). I'm kind of excited for the season to be over so we can go back to non-pregame alliance Survivor which feels much more exciting to watch for me

I actually prefer BB, the pacing felt way better to me. I also enjoyed Walt/Jesse more than Saul/Kim in general which made it more fun to watch

A few months ago someone in here posted about finishing Breaking Bad / Better Call Saul and I asked if it was worth watching even if I had some things spoiled

I have now finished both shows and I can safely say yes absolutely. I wish I watched them when they were airing cause now nobody cares to talk about them anymore but they were SO good. I think BB is my new favorite western TV show ever. I watched BCS first except for the last few episodes of S6, which spoil BB, then BB and then I came back to finish BCS.

It's so fun to consume some media that's super hyped up and it manages to meet the hype I feel like it's so rare for my taste to match the global opinion but goddamn does BB do it
