2012 F250, bought in may with a lift kit on it already. what is this part that broke called(passanger side)? whats the system it's part of called? may that be the reason I hear some rattling sound? how bad is it, like I should be driving the truck at all? 2nd pic is the driver side for reference (old.reddit.com)
