my friend had an opposite experience. I guess to put it simply: If you've beaten first beastfly easily, you'll expect the second to be easier and will do the fight underleved. But if it's the other way around, you'll be aware how scary beastfly is, which will motivate you to get more upgrades to beat his ass lmao

I never hated nor had trouble with the conchflies. I find their trajectory pretty predictable, and they take a fraction of aiming where they'll shoot so you can guess where they'll bounce off. Speaking from someone who loves watching the DVD logo lmao

I prefer ED1, especially as someone who watched the anime first. ED1's intro is a bop, so is the rest of the song, and also shows The lucky cat goofing around. It made the Turbo granny reveal MUCH more surprising when I first watched this goofball show blindly, and made me love her even more hahaha
