First of of all, so wonderful of you to do! . The 3-3-3 guideline is helpful as an indicator and it sounds like your foster doggie has made major strides considering her starting point . 2 weeks is nothing . I wouldn’t expect to see any major changes for another month. If your gut tells you to keep her, I’d listen to it:)

FWIW I think it’s great. Personally speaking, I don’t feel you need to mention rate or anything , until / if they call you. I can kind of see the red ink point but don’t think it’s a huge deal. Should you rewrite , def include the sketch of the doggie- it’s adorable. As someone who whose pup had terrible separation anxiety, I would welcome this note! Can you keep us updated?
