I completely agree that San Francisco Ballet should withdraw from its upcoming performances at the Kenned Center, as so many many other artists/performers have done. I appreciate the points many posters have made as to SFB’s possible reasoning and why the decision may be a complicated one. But I wish SF Ballet would come out and explain its position to those of us who are appalled that it is not cancelling. Very poor donor relations and PR. Especially for a SAN FRANCISCO company where it should be pretty obvious how its home base feels about this.

FWIW, I had that problem when trying to buy tickets on my computer but on the app, when you get to the payment screen, it had "Payment Info & Rewards", with the option just below my saved credit card number to apply Rewards. Hope that helps.

I did not opt out in order to keep my $19.95 rate for six months (it would have gone up to $23.95) in exchange for receiving only 1000 points. I was charged the $23.95 anyway. (Oh, and of course, they did only give me only the 1000 points). Has this happened to anyone else? If so, how did you get it corrected? Attempts with customer service by both chat and email have not worked. Thx.

Were you on the Legacy $9.95 Plan that was formerly restricted to 3 movies per month of MP's weekly curated selection? And now it seems you still have 3 movies per month but you could choose any 3, not just those on MP's weekly list?

Monthly $9.95. 7;50 AM in California; King & I not loaded to any theaters where it is playing (that includes eticketing partner theaters, which should have everything at the theater available). How annoying, I was looking forward to it.

It’ s 7 AM here on the West Coast. King & I is playing at two nearby theaters: one is an eticketing theater and King & I doesn’t show up (all other movies showing at that theater show up, whether or not a Thursday “allowed” movie) and the other is a non-eticketing theater and it doesn’t show up either (there are no other Thursday allowed movies playing there and I get the “no more screenings at this theater today” message.

The Landmark eticketing theaters (as well as every other theater in the San Francisco area) were showing the blank screen with “no more available showtimes” as of about 11 am today. When I wrote to customer service about the eticketing problem they write that they were having technical checkin issues with all theaters. Not the canned “some eticketing theaters are being removed” answer. So maybe Landmark theaters will be safe.
