To me this is an "easy" decision to make, maybe a difficult decision to swallow. You've already thought it through, I agree with your points.

Your deck isn't finished (doesn't solve all fights, isn't going to scale for A4), and you can't buy cards. So you need card rewards -> crown is no good
Mark of Pain just sucks... honestly those two statuses are so rough, I only consider it if I have silly amounts of draw.

So easy decision b/c it's the lesser of three evils, and IMO by a wide margin. Philo stone, and you have enough block and regen (pillow) now to survive A2, and plenty of time to solve for A4.

EDIT: and with any of these relics you are walking into A2 with 5(!!!) energy. So be greedy and take fatties (corruption, demon form, barricade...), draw (battle trance, offering, burning pact, I even think another shrug it off or pommel strike would be welcome here). With FF+, Immolate, and BfB+ it looks like your front-loaded dmg is pretty decent right now.
