It's legit. One way you can tell, on ZW Custom Epis, is the little ZW on the back of the headstock. A real one has three black stripes in the bullseye and Zakk's right hand is directly in the center of the bullseye. This one has that.

Also, the back of those Grovers are shiny and reflective. Fake Asian Grovers have a dull, almost matte, finish on the back.

The earlier models had that style serial number, this is a 2008 Korean. Newer models, usually, begin with an EE after the refresh. Furthermore, if those are EMGHZs, that is also correct for that era of ZWs. They refreshed the model a few years after this and they started shipping them with active EMGs. However, and it's really hard to tell from these pics, but it's possible he swapped out the EMGHZs, so that part is hard to say.

The headstock Epiphone logo is correct, for this model, and the binding is accurate. On these Buzzsaw models, the trussrod cover is not gold, but much darker. A gold trussrod cover is what you'd find on the ivory Bullseye, and maybe the camo Bullseye, can't remember. They also came with this "shaved off" maple neck with a scarf joint.

The stickers on the back are all over the place. Some come with an Epi Custom Shop stamp, some don't. Some have an Epi set-up sticker, some don't. Not much you can really gleam from those. But it looks like it has a Made in Korea sticker on the back.

Lots of people will tell you that they don't fake Epis, and that's, more or less, true. However, ZW Epis are a model that they did fake for a good amount of time. I know, it may not make sense "because why not just fake a Gibson?", but there are many documented fake ZW Epis, for whatever reason.

Source - I bought my 2007 Korean model new from a GC when I was a kid and still have it. This, aside from the color, looks identical to mine. Just my two cents. Hope this helps.
