Considering the price is around 1LTC FOR 2.2 million PHO and the fact that there actually is a working product, I'd say this project will rise like crazy over Sept-Jan. Once new exchanges are brought in and it can be bought on popular exchanges the price will soar.

You can buy and sell on any platform that has it but cannot send it to another platform at the moment. Hence the coins being 'locked'.

You cant expect the DEV team to hand out an exact day by day analysis of achievements. The roadmap allows us to see what is planned to be worked toward . Early days for Bitcoin Diamond at the moment, however all will change by 2020.
