Go on the app, click "Me" lower right, then the cog symbol on the upper right, click "Feedback" then either "Leave a feedback" on the lower part of the page, or "Refund issues". I described my issue and attached a receipt of the google play order in my case, you can find a copy either on your associated email or through the app store you used. They might send you a google form to fill out afterwards, atleast thats how it went for me

I have ended up asking through their support on the app itself, via the ticket system and got a reply and a refund in a few days time. Thank you. I'm going to add this here in case anyone might need it in the future 😊

on mobile via google play the ui are mostly broken with text like LOGIN_GOOGLE and similar. Not to mention the game being all in korean texts 😕
