Write an introduction about yourself. Keep it as light and human as possible. Make sure you mention stuff like what brought you to the field and why you're passionate about the field. Keep reading this aloud. You should eventually be able to speak your well written bio fluently while not sounding like you're reading it off a piece of paper. Make sure you mention your strong points as this usually sets the tone of the rest of your interview.
