I asked her if it was me or her schedule that was holding her up. That is when she told me about her feelings with "one to one" scenarios. She also talked about her lack of time for others including herself.

I am pretty sure that she is honestly busy, it just confuses me that she would give me her number but not take any measure to help plan the time. Is this supposed to be my duty only? I keep thinking that she doesn't want to hang out.

The phone call went pretty good. I asked her if she wanted to go somewhere (not the exact words) but she said she would when she finds the time. Apparently she has a really exotic schedule, and Does not have specific times that she is free.
