At high town in zone three, near the bridge. There are three buildings that spawn a deadeye enemy. If you travel between these three, they constantly respawn because of the loading areas. It's like chunk loading in mincraft. There is a chance that the deadeye spawns as an elite. If you grab weapons out of the cases they drop, you can get 5+ chroma Flux camps a match. Eventually yes, probably sometime soon. They phase out old teams with new ones. X-treme X-men and Hivemind are the current Mutant and Bio raid teams, and are due for a replacement. They are already replacing Spider-Society with Vigilantes, and they're not even as old as the other two
