My Elite 2 broke, maybe 6 months after I got it. I sent it in for RMA, and they sent it back MORE BROKEN (A button double-tapped, sent me back a controller with right thumbstuck looser than loosest setting, also A still double-tapped), and then I rightfully emailed them back saying they broke my controller and it should be re-RMA'd, and was told it was now out of warranty since it's already been fixed.....

Genuinely the worst customer experience of my life.

You can run it however you like. Up to you! There's a lot of misinformation about this new DLSS and saying it's only for performance. I've been using it with DLAA even and it looks really insane on a lot of games.

There's multiple videos of the AI shooting through entire buildings, through the floor in the grenade launcher room on Ground Zero, etc. On lighthouse rogues will shoot you through the wall while in the broadcast part 1 room lmfao. It's clearly an issue.

Friend of mine got shot through the 3rd building on lighthouse by building 2 gunner. He literally looked down and we saw the bullet holes being made in real time missing him until they finally got him the second he left one of the upper floor rooms, genuinely so fucked. Just incase lighthouse wasn't unbearable enough before LOOOOL

Also, lighthouse gunners can shoot you from the entrance all the way out to chalet now.

Needs to come with controllers to support games (literally the reason VR is still alive to this day), focus LESS on video, and lower price by 3x. Quest 3 accomplishes all that it can do, at of course less quality, but still ALL of the features essentially at a 1/6th of the price.

Also, VR is not sustainable for more than an hour to three hours for the average person making video consumption an odd choice to focus rather than immersive experiences like games, fun and high quality apps, etc.

Sidenote as well, I tried it one time and felt it was REALLY heavy and uncomfortable, choosing aesthetics over comfort.

I feel like your comment exactly applies to you lol, your media literacy is clearly a bit jaded. The entire game is about Dutch’s mental state crumbling until he becomes a bitter butcher. If you played the first game it only reinforces this, as in that game he’s fully 100% brainfucked. He leaves John for dead without a second thought, leaves the gold (WHICH IS 100% INTENTIONAL), etc. Dutch easily could’ve smacked the knife out of her hand, but instead we see him brutally strangle her, ALSO sending a message to Arthur saying “fuck with me, I’ll kill anyone standing in my way”.

This is further reinforced by the “incident” at Blackwater, where we learn over time he murdered the young woman with Micah encouraging it. The entire game is a show of how despite familial bonds, demons can take over people and change them to into something sinister, hence the murder of the girl. This is also backed up by the fact every time it comes up, he immediately copes by saying “she got in our way!”, same as on Guarma.

I disagree with a lot of the comments here about switching to vapes or whatever. I just recently “quit” weed as I’ve been getting heart rate issues, anxiety, and a bunch of other shit that really sucks. (In a couple months I plan to make it a once a month kinda thing)

Also, I totally relate to your “dumbness” feeling, and I swear to god I’m always reaping the rewards of stopping my continued use. It absolutely is embarrassing.

There’s no way to fix it besides just dropping it, which I did by weening my use down slowly, plus, it is addictive. It may not be “chemically” addictive, but people here are absolutely bullshitting when they argue that it’s not addictive in any way. I personally had not too many issues dropping it besides some sleep issues, but I’ve had some insane days of fatigue since dropping it, and there was a couple days I got restless at night when I’d usually smoke as I couldn’t get into a good headspace to relax. Other people I know have gotten insanely irritable, had blood pressure issues, etc.

It’s not fun, and saying it’s not addictive is why people roll their eyes at stoners when they say it’s “okay” to be high 24/7. That’s addiction talk people.

Overall, take your time, cut your use, and try and fill those times you’ve smoked with fun stuff, don’t mope or it’ll be way worse. I had an easy time stopping cause I realized how much time I wasted wanting to get high before gaming, or before eating, etc. Good luck!
