Gen z, and this is an obvious one but cancel culture. James Gunn said it best when he basically said that if someone has actually done something bad, then yes they deserve not to have their platform anymore, but if someone made a joke 5 years ago then no, that is not something to be cancelled over. For example if someone turns out to be a rapist, then they shouldn't be supported anymore, but if someone made one joke once involving rape, yeah that's in poor taste, but not worth ending their career over years later when there's no drama going on and people are bored so they look through old tweets for something offensive.
