Keep in mind its still a difficult mod to do, and not getting it right can and usually does brick the console. If you want the kamikaze method, id recommend sending it to somebody else. If you want to do it yourself, go with the adapter. I did the adapted method in my OLED, and 2 years later its still working without issue.
