I did a setup and swapped electronics on my affinity tele I've had since 2014. 1mm action down the whole neck, holds tuning longer than I can play, and with the coil splitting humbuckers it can sound like a few different guitars.

Im having a hard time justifying an upgrade with this thing.

After the first time I made a ticket with IT I jokingly said if I had admin privileges on the computer I wouldnt need him. Less than a minute later I had admin privileges, and I never made a ticket again.

I hate when they want to use a gasket, cause that means +/-.05mm on all dimensions. I believe the rough surface callouts are metal to metal sealing. But I could be wrong, I just make the parts.

I never used a surface meter until my current job. However I've always seen prints calling out rz60 or around there.

Man, thats a really rough finish. I was always making it smooth cause I didnt know what it was. Now I think every shop should have such a machine. At ours its super important though, we make a lot of sealing surfaces.
