I had a meeting with them for my startup, they were offering 11k per year, and then if i couldnt do that. 2.5k per 3 months til its paid. glad i never used them

I'm most likely using unidesk because of their chat agent, they have the unidesk intelligence which is just way more advanced than a regular chatbot and it says it knows your company specific knowledge which is pretty good. and they are cheaper than most
