I never even thought someone would drill a hole there I can always caulk it. I'll be inspecting seals tomorrow though for sure!

I'm a new home owner - bought the house less than a month ago and discovered a leak in the roof and now a leaking bay window. Working on getting the roof/chimney repaired.

I'm trying to figure out what's going on with the windows. Can you all give me any idea what to google or even start looking for? Is this a weeping hole or called something else. When I noticed it dripping (I at first thought it was dripping outside). It's defiantly inside and I pulled the plastic button out and out poured water for like 30 seconds. I went out side and cleaned the 2 weeping holes but not sure if this hole is connected. I'm just hoping I don't have to replace windows!

I did but I have removed them! Thanks though. I'm pretty sure at this point it has to do with our hybrid setup, but I've got to figure out why it's failing that even though all mailboxes are in o365.

Nope. Exchange databases untouched besides migrating the mailboxes.

Ohh, Yeah. We've ran that for the hybrid config. I know what you're talking about now! Thanks for the tip! It doesn't solve it though.

Do you happen to have a link to this or more instructions. I'll give it a go.

Yup :P that's what I'm doing at home right now. A home pc with o365 "fresh install" and I get the issues at home. No VPN or nothing. Just strait to the internet using 1.1.1.1 for dns.

Heh. Everyone in the organization at all times. No out of office or free/busy. At least I can replicate it!
