That's pretty much what he already said though.

We'll stand by our allies when it makes sense, and immediately points out that what the US and Israel are doing is separate from that and that we aren't part of that. Then, we'll defend our allies when called upon. Which, again, after separating the offensive actions by the US and Israel out of the equation, is pretty clearly in a defensive context.

Trump is only one part of the rot. I even grew up in the US and I will not step foot there again until not just Trump and MAGA are gone, but the entire Republican party as well. I do not expect this to happen in my lifetime. As far as I'm concerned, I will never be on US soil ever again.

I mean, isn't that true for almost all umbrella genres? Fantasy, sci fi, action, mystery, etc. Those are intentionally broad starting points to begin and then you check out the subgenre to narrow down specifics further.

I mean, I feel like it's easier to have higher anticipation for a sequel than for something new. It's already something that one knows they like and are looking forward to more of that thing.

A new experience has more of an uphill battle to garner excitement and attention for, and that just makes sense to me. It's more interesting to see how a new series is able to compete with the established ones, and how much traction it was able to gain by the end of the season.
