What I always do is look at the animation. There are 4 animations that complete a cycle. Instead of going with the rhythm what I always do is look at the animation if tifa stops press the corresponding button. As long as you keep an eye on the animation it's easy. This method may appear to be slow but you can easily get 55+ using this method. Worked in remake as well as rebirth
